How do I measure my ceilings to get the exact amount of space it is?
Iwant to replace the ceilings in my home and do not know what I want to replace them with, drywall, tile, wood etc.
Answer:
Measure length X width. This is your total are (sq. ft) you need to cover. If you have odd shaped areas, try to break it up into squares, find the square feet of each square and just add them together. Having the total area will be needed when shopping for drywall and paint. Good Luck.
