How often should I change my dropped ceilings?
I mean for health reasons because I noticed that the dust of the ceiling is falling off when someone barely touches it.

Answer:
The materials used to make the tiles is like shredded newspaper and is inherently flaking. The only way to postively stop the shedding is to apply a primer/sealer and a coat of paint. The tiles will have to be removed from the grit to do a good job. Do not wet the tiles with anything other than the sealer/primer or paint as the tiles will quickly absorb it and a stain will be created.
